Job title: Key Account Manager - Media Solutions - Seller  Reporting to: Head - Media Solutions  Experience Range: 1-4 years  Location: New Delhi  Purpose Of The Position:  - The KAM would take care of Monetization from Sellers who are selling on Snapdeal in the Electronics & GM Category in Delhi.   - The Role would involve working along with the Account Management team and get monies from them through ad sales and other avenues  Responsibilities & Duties:  Responsibility 1:  - Build and scale a revenue pipeline from Sellers working closely with the Account Management team  - Work standard: Hitting the monthly sales target expected from the set of sellers  Responsibility 2:  - To handle end to end management of the Seller Campaigns taking care of the Marketing and Sales deliveries.   - Work standard: Should be able to own the campaign management and build a long term rapport with the sellers, growing the business every quarter.  Responsibility 3:  - Set up new solutions for Sellers and come up with new deal constructs to monetize the sellers effectively  - Work standard: Increasing the seller activity (No. of active sellers who are doing paid promotions)  Academic & Trades Qualifications:  Essential / Desirable:  - MBA from Top Tier B School / Sales certification program 	 Skills Required:  Essential / Desirable:  - Minimum 1 year Sales Experience  - Strategy Experience  - Poven Sales Record, Strong in relationship management  - Good understanding the e-commerce and Digital Landscape
