Purpose of The Position   The Incumbent is to head the business finance function for any one of the below mentioned teams:  Supply Chain/ Customer Experience/ Admin & Procurement / Technology / Product / Marketing / Electronics & Home Furnishing   Responsibilities & Duties  i. Support the business head in all Operational / financial and strategic decisions  ii Getting into details of business, from project / business management standpoint.  Iii Defining & then driving financial and operational KPIs and monitoring the performance of business   iv. Strategic initiatives and projects  v. Help business head to navigate through complex conditions by Planning, reporting, analysis & monitoring.  vi. Cost control and Cost efficiency  vii. Implement effective risk control measures  Work standard –   a)	 Prior hands –on relevant experience of 8 + years into Business Finance role.  b)	 Suitable industries – Technology software services / e commerce / Supply Chain/ BPO & KPO / Admin & Procurement / Technology / Product / FMCG / Marketing heavy.   c)	 Keen to run new self-driven initiatives resulting in business improvement form financial metrics.  d)	Ready to accept & drive business closures /output as joint responsibility resulting in success full  achievement of annual business goal.  Qualification :  CA or MBA- from any Premier B school.  Preferably a Chartered Accountant with MBA form any Premier-B School.  Contact at arjit.mehrotra@snapdeal.com
