- Drive insights & cross-functional initiatives / projects and deliver business value
- Develop an in-depth understanding of relevant departments / functions
- Own targets for cross-functional projects where playing a driving role
- Drive problem solving and solutions on specific projects, convert these into projects with clear owners (where not self-driven)
- Ensure all responsibilities are properly allocated for projects to different stakeholders
- Monitor projects against plan on a regular basis to ensure value delivery, escalate issues where required
- Coach and develop assigned junior members
- Give regular feedback to team members, supporting their development
- Manage directly assigned members as needed on a day-to-day basis
