An ideal candidate would:  - Be very detail oriented and would consider data quality as a very important factor in success of analytics function.  - Learn new skills and tools quickly  - Have an acumen to suggest quick turn-around.  - Present data intelligently to enable faster problem identification, actionable and decision making.  - Drive company-wide objectives and key metrics with more than 10 teams (that would require close interaction with more than 50 people on a weekly basis)  - Be able to present Key numbers in the most efficient and positive manner.  - Be efficient and relentless in fire-fighting till a solution is achieved.  - Be able to plan new projects  Required Skills (compulsory): Excel, SQL  Required Skills (Preferred): VBA, SAS, R  Qualification:  - B.Tech / Dual Degree from IITs / Top NITs / IIITs / BITS / DCE / NSIT would be preferred
