Own the promotional calendar of Snapdeal, keeping in mind the importance of promotions in driving sales, relevance to important occasions, coherence of communication with other channels  2. Ensure adequate visibility for all categories on App/Wap and Website. Continuously improvise and monitor allocation logic  3. Be the custodian for customer experience on website  4. Plan and manage landing pages for promotions   5. Ensure consistency in creative/communication across platforms and properties  6. Co-ordinate with the creative agency for finalization and implementation of relevant themes on website  7. Own tracking against direct visits target on a daily basis  8. Take corrective action for lagging categories by activating tactical initiatives  9. Track against performance targets of merchandising properties, suggest and implement corrective actions  10. Co-ordinate with Design team on a daily basis for execution of planned promotions  11. Be the go-to person for driving any promotion/campaign on Snapdeal  12. Work with the product team for coming up with solutions for automating manual work  Desired Candidate Profile	  - MBA from Top management Institute  - 1-4 Year experience in marketing/ visual merchandising in an e-Commerce company   - Excellent interpersonal skills  - Should have experience in managing an important digital property  - Good understanding of E-commerce industry  - Experience of working with creative agencies  - Should be a perfectionist by attitude. Willing to be available even at odd hours to ensure customer experience doesn't suffer
