Job Role/Key Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for driving sales through a team of channel partners
- Meet revenue targets
- Build a network of business partners who can source the business on behalf of the company.
- Identify and empanel suitable Business partners (professionals like CAs, bankers, etc.)
- Train and develop channel partners on an ongoing basis
- Ensure high quality customer service
- Ensure faster conversions of applications
Knowledge/Skills/Attitude
- Work experience of 1-3 yrs in sales or channel role. Preferably from an insurance sector (agency vertical)
- Should know local language and should be open to travel extensively.
- Good communication and presentable.
- Chennai - Two-wheeler must, Delhi- Two wheeler Preferable
