Job Responsibilities :

- Acquire, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in the B2B space and Industry Associations

- Market study and mapping to discover new strategic partnerships

- Drive aggressive month-on-month revenue growth for the partners in your portfolio

- Work with teams to get status, progress, updates, bottleneck, and prepare periodic reports for partners

- Identify & onboard Industry Associations and source business through their members

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the channel partners and the performance scorecards and suggest enhancements in the existing overall functioning of channel management function

- Work with product and technology teams to create the required platforms and technology to scale this function

Requirements/Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management or alliance management

- Experience in Finance, eCommerce, Internet, FMCG or Consumer sectors

- MBA/ Engineer from Premier Institutes

- Excellent Business Development skills

- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience of working in a startup is a plus

Location : Mumbai

Salary range : 6-10 lacs p.a
