- Location: Navi Mumbai

Job Description

- Interact with executive committee members and senior members from business/functions for exploring opportunities for process improvements.

- Conceptualize and develop value propositions, get sponsor buy-in and implement process improvement opportunities.

- Partner with business/functional experts in process improvement initiatives; strategize the concept, detail out the approach to be followed and provide support till final implementation.

- Be a Process Guru to business/functional teams

- Support Business Process Management Centre of Excellence in propagating process governance across business/functions

- Facilitating changes to attain the highest levels of customer service, efficiency, control and compliance.

- Mentor and direct Business Process Management Executives on various initiatives

Experience & Skills

- 10 to 15 years of industry experience primarily in process consulting in identified process areas. Out-of-box thinker who can also detail out and project manage process improvement implementations.

- Excellent analytical skills, being able to determine root causes and provide corrective solutions.

- Ability to understand and articulate business processes and concept notes.

- Deep understanding of latest process management techniques.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Able to clearly articulate solutions to executive committee and communicate with business users.

- Working knowledge of process modelling techniques and tools such as ARIS.

- Exposure to six sigma methodologies desirable.

- Good understanding of enterprise-wide systems, data analytics and use of technology for process improvements.

- Team player.
