This is a purely talent acquisition role where the incumbent will be involved in handling end to end to recruitment cycle. We are looking for professionals who have handled sourcing for middle to top level profiles.
Job Description :
- Defining the action plan according to the resourcing strategy
- Understanding the business requirements and preparing the job description
- Relationship building with the business leaders, HR partners and the candidates
- Strong sourcing capability through various online portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, etc., and other global portals
- Building of resume database for future reference
- Devising cost effective and cost efficient ways of sourcing
- Conducting interviews for giving judgement on the fitment of the profile and suggesting the best candidate to the business
Job Specification :
- Work experience - Minimum 3 years
- Knowledge of Corporate Banking Business & profiles preferred
- Candidates with sourcing experience (for middle to high level profiles) in a Corporate Banking set up
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills and good at building relationships
- Good comprehension skills
- Strong multi tasking and time management skills
