We are looking out to recruit dynamic people for the branch to aid the business expansion plan in the country.  We are currently recruiting for Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting  Job Summary:   - This role encompasses various tax/accounting compliances and related reporting requirements for Finance & Accounting team including Nostro reconciliations.  Key Responsibilities:   - To perform close of business (JGAAP) activities each day  - To assist in month end closing activities along with preparation of monthly JGAAP and IGAAP financial statements  - Preparation and circulation of daily Nostro reconciliation statements to ensure all entries are correctly recorded  - Review of expenses to ensure that correct expense codes, correct tax deductions & correct sections are used  - Preparation and coordination with external tax advisors/internal NDB department schedules for statutory tax payments on a monthly basis.  - To assist Finance & Accounting department in complying with indirect and direct taxes on a day to day basis and ensure adherence to tax filing deadlines  - To assist in timely and accurate, preparation and submission of Head Office reports   - Coordination with statutory auditors to assist in the preparation of financial statements  - Maintain documentary evidences as required by Head Office and statutory guidelines intact through proper filing systems and ensure compliance with the Head Office policies  Job Specification:  Qualifications: CA with relevant experience  Work Experience: Corporate Banking Branch experience preferred  Good working knowledge of MS Office preferred  Good communication skills
