Job Description

Role: Manager Finance

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overall full control on General ledger sections including authorisation for bill passing for expenses and payments, miscellaneous transactions, timely statutory payments, ledger scrutiny, and final accounts

2. Preparation of Periodic MIS /Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements of accounts and complying annual audits

3. Preparation of monthly budget of the company, performing financial analysis including ageing, variance analysis and financial statement review.

4. Oversee annual /periodic internal audit, statutory and tax audit by auditors. And ensuring compliance of statutory returns /payment within due date as per Income Tax Act, Central Excise and Sales Tax Authorities.

5. Proven People Management skills. Training and development of accounts personnel, including training on relevant professional issues and internal company procedures relating to finance and accounts, purchasing and administration.

6. Liaise with company bankers, insurers, tax consultants and, internal /statutory /tax auditors

7. Perform/assisting for company secretarial functions for ensuring compliance thereof.

Functional Areas: Successful candidate should demonstrate application of all or majority of above requirements in the areas of:

1. MIS & Book Closure

2. Compliances

3. Accounts Payable Function

4. Accounts Receivable (AR applications and Analytics)

5. Payroll

6. Travel and Entertainment Reimbursements

7. Bank, FA & GL reconciliations

Desired Skills

1. Problem solving skills. High for details

2. Good written and oral communication skills

3. Should be a team player

4. Ability to handle pressure and work under high pressure environment

Desired Qualifications and Experience

1. Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant of 5+exp (with 2-3 years of experience in managing accounting team of 3-5 members)

2. Should have hands on experience in MS Excel and MS word.

3. Should have experience in Tally and knowledge of any other ERP will be an added advantage.

4. Must have experience in book closure and audit as per Indian GAAP

5. Preferred experience in real estate industry
