Assistant Manager/Manager Marketing  Company Background:  Little Millennium Education Pvt. Ltd. is focused on early childcare development and operates a preschool chain by the brand Little Millennium. It's a fast growing pre-school chain with over 500+ preschools across India. Focused on the franchising model, the business is expected to rapidly grow in the next few years, owing to the increasing demand for quality preschool education.  Little Millennium is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager Marketing for this early childcare business.   Reporting to the Marketing Head, and working closely with Sales & Product teams, the successful candidate will be instrumental in executing the Marketing Strategy of this rapidly growing business and strengthening the brand to (i) enhance the preschool franchise network (ii) increase enrolments and (iii) generate demand for its early childcare products & services through digital marketing.   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Conceptualize & lead all brand communication efforts including ads, marketing collaterals (brochures, leaflets/flyers, print Ads, hoardings, banners etc.), emailers, social media communication, website communication, press releases etc.  - Plan & execute all key digital marketing tactics: SEO, PPC, SEM, Social Media, Display Advertising, Online Reputation Management, Blogger Outreach programs, Content Marketing & Email marketing   - Generate leads for franchisee acquisition through Google Adwords campaigns and Facebook/ Linkedin campaigns  - Work closely with customers to develop and execute online marketing strategies to drive enrolments   - Generate online and offline PR to build brand presence in the target consumer market  - Work closely with internal teams to execute Events, Promotions, Mass Media and other communication strategies and ensure timely execution under budgets  - Assist Marketing Head in the media planning & buying effort   - Strengthen the brand through innovative ideas & marketing campaigns to increase enrolments and sales  - Coordinate with sales teams, agencies and internal departments to maximize ROI of all marketing efforts  - Monitor market, customer and competitor trends to generate useful insights  Salary Offered : 7-7.5 LPA
