We have an urgent requirement with a leading organization in market.  Job Purpose:  - Financial and qualitative evaluation of M&A and business development opportunities.  - Preparation of proposals for top management decision making.   - Financial modelling for target acquisition opportunities and green field opportunities.  - Working on M&A transactions undertaken by the group.   Responsibilities:  - Deal screening, financial modelling and evaluation.  - Carrying out M & A financial analysis and valuation.  - Support the deal negotiation process with necessary analysis.  - Will be an integral part of logistics/coordination involved in successfully completing due diligence and closing deals, including coordination with cross functional and due diligence teams.   - Work with legal team during the transaction to translate the MoU/Term Sheet into a legal shareholder/share-purchase agreement.   - EOI and bid preparation which also involves extensive interaction with other functions like marketing, finance etc.   Desired Profile:  - Candidates need to have strong exposure in Mergers & Acquisitions. (Combination of M & A and Valuations / Corporate finance can also apply - but they should be handing M & A deals in the current role).  - Looking for candidates with a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions related to fund raising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, and joint ventures  - Have 4-11 years of relevant post qualification experience in M&A/ Deal Advisory or in a similar environment.  - Have strong analytical skills and good verbal and written communication  Qualification  - Be a qualified CA or holding a full time MBA degree from a reputed institute.
