SM/AVP - Product - Cards - SBI Cards & Payment Services (10-15 yrs)
Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for new Product Introduction and lifecycle management end to end
- Work on enhancing value proposition of the assigned product line
- Partner with key stakeholders for eg. Sales for outlining Sourcing Strategy for the product
- Decide upon Product Positioning, Branding & Communication strategy.
- Coordinate with IT and other functions for process implementation/ improvement.
- Create new alliance and partnership to enhance product value prop
- Ensure regular audit of key processes.
- Development and maintenance of Product Collaterals
- Social media communication/ sourcing strategy.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Post Graduate with +10 years of relevant work experience in Product Management or Credit Card Industry.
2. Good Relationship management & communication skills.
3. Understanding of P&L.
