SM/AGM - Procurement/Purchase/Contracts - Real Estate (6-12 yrs)

Urgent Requirement:

Procurement and Purchase Professionals

For a Real Estate Company in Bangalore

KRAs:

- Responsible for all purchase & procurements related activities

- Coordination with all suppliers / vendors, consultants, etc.

- Identification and Verification of local rates

- Preparation of analysis of rates for tender justification and award

- Obtain quotes for all types of works, verify the rates in par with current market

- Review of the BOQ for civil and finishes to ensure that cost is within the approved specs and budget and value engineering

- Preparation of contracting strategy in consultation with design and contracts

- Review of specs for different items, suggest alternate spec. with cost savings

- verification of all invoices / bills of suppliers, vendors submitted by project team

- Visit the site & ensure the quality of materials, take feed backs from site issues, etc.

- Preparation of WO, PO, Amendments/Variation Order, review the extra items and their finalization standardization of tender packages

- Prepare, Review & confirm the reconciliation statements, final accounts, etc.

- Track & monitor all types of orders, prepare statement of orders, closure, etc.

- Coordination with all suppliers / vendors

- Obtain quotes based on drawings & specifications

- Rate Analysis

- Tender Documents

- Contracts & Procurement Agreements

- Value Engineering Reconciliation
