Job Description

The job role includes the below:

- Preparation and / or review of a reconciliation (Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)

- Preparation and Review of Tax Audit Report and related Exhibits

- Ensuring the statutory compliance with regard to income tax, service tax, VAT, excise

- Responsibility for client compliances and deliverables - MIS, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Profession Tax

- Client co-ordination , client relationship

- Monitoring the funds of the client

- Accounting upto and including finalization

- MIS review, GL scrutiny

- Co-ordination with the bankers, internal teams

- Adherence to the policies of the client with regard to accounting and reporting

- Identifying and resolving accounting / legal issues

- Resource and Work Planning

- Billing and Recovery

- Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax etc.)

- Monitoring – Payroll

Reporting to - Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

The applicant should posses the below skills/have below exposure:

- Candidates with 2 - 3 years experience in finalization of accounts

- Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Transaction processing, financial statement preparation, Bank Reconciliation

- Very good interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience of transaction processing, ledger scrutiny, book-keeping, bank reconciliations is essential.

- Working knowledge of TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Excise, etc.

- Good analytical and process skills

- Organised and methodical with the ability to work to strict deadlines and schedules

- Self motivated, with ability to function with limited supervision at a demanding pace
