Role specific skill sets :

Primary responsibilities :

The incumbent shall be involved in Project Management of large India based/Global transactions which includes,

- Leading engagement teams executing operational transaction services which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy

- Conceptualizing project management strategy and taking full ownership of project execution from planning to closure, including synergy assessment, project management, problem solving and facilitation

- Leading the project team for successful and timely execution.

- Independently working as a Single Point of Contact for the client in resolving any bottlenecks.

- Enabling alignment of the deliverables of various internal and external resources / consultants

- Coordinating among various internal and external stakeholders, and decision makers to facilitate prompt issue resolution and decision making.

- Assisting in business development activities including preparing presentations for clients and internal pursuit meetings

- Supporting execution of the carve-out / integration plan while working to constantly identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues

- Periodically updating leadership team with on the ground transaction progress, roadblocks and decision points

Secondary responsibilities :

- Support various activities in relation to the business advisory practice. This includes active participation in strategy-development, product / service lines, positioning, collateral building, etc.

- Supporting business development and sales

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have :

- Experience of handling large project management assignments

- A degree in engineering (B.E/B. Tech.)/Commerce (B.Com) along with a Management degree - from premier institutes.

- Functional experience in corporate finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, shared service center operations, commercial operations, sales, R&D and finance operations.

- Understanding of the M&A life cycle, carve-out/integration of a business post announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A.

- Financial analysis experience with the ability to link detailed operational analysis to P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.

- Fluent oral and written English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office.

- Certification in PMP will be an added advantage.

- The ability to perform in a dynamic workplace.
