Position Name: Asst. Manager / Manager Legal  Department: Executive officer - Commercial   Vacancy: 1  Qualification & Experience: LLB with at least 10 years of experience.  Location: Aurangabad  Reporting to: Director - Commercial & CFO.  Position Requirement:  - Good analytical & Research Skills  - Problem analysis and solving  - Knowledge of Court procedures  - Expertise in Laws related to Consumer matters, CMV Rules, Environment  - Knowledge of Civil & Criminal Laws  - Other basic soft skills   Purpose of Position:   - Coordinates with Advocates and manages methodically the Consumer, Civil & Criminal Litigation's.  - Drafts written statements, replies to legal notices, power of attorneys, affidavits and other legal documents  - Prepares MIS for Consumer cases and Legal Notices  - Analyses tasks under Legatrix and render prompt support to users  - Supports legal compliance's under Environment Management System  - Identifies and promptly informs legal developments in Consumer, CMV Rules and Environment rules  - Provides Legal advice to Company in respect of compliance's with Legal Metrology Act, Trademark Act etc.  Tasks:  - Analyses the documentation requirements in respect of consumer cases and legal notices  - Coordinates with internal departments in collating all the required documents  - Coordinates with the Advocates for timely preparation of written statements and replies to legal notices.  - Verifies and recommends the drafts prepared by the Advocates  - Ensures all the court procedures are duly complied within timelines defined by the Courts.  - Tracks and monitors the litigation status including preparation of monthly MIS report on consumer cases and legal notices  - Keeps records of all litigation & important documentations.  - Analyses and identify applicable legal compliance regarding Environment Management System (EMS)  - Organizes monthly meetings of EMS committee  - Extend support in internal and external EMS Audit  - Monitoring and informing regularly the new legal updates in the Legatrix and EMS.  - Coordinates with Various departments for assign the legal tasks of various statues and finalized the same after discussion in the Legatrix application.  - Verifies the invoices of Advocates and process the same as per Company Policy.  - Cooperates in all legal support to the HoD.  - Draft / Vet agreements to be executed with third parties  - Deals with all other litigation in which Company is involved
