Chief Technology Officer:  Role Description:  - To be responsible website IT design and programming  - Making design changes, enhancements to the mobile and website  - To implement new features to the website and mobile platform – referral affiliate programs, etc.  - Design and management of the mobile application  - Selection and policy management of the of the various cloud based platforms – CRM, LMS etc.  - Integration with the in-house IT systems  - Enabling the sales and marketing campaigns from a technology perspective  - Setting up cloud environment for various training courses  - Establishing, implementing and managing the internal IT systems and policies.   Outcome:  - Website: performance, features, management  - Mobile App: performance, features  - Policy adherence for licensing, security, back-up, etc.  Experience:  - A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in software design, development, programming, project management  - Should be hands-on in design and development  - Demonstrated experience in establishing, implementing, and managing the IT policies, software design and development systems of the company  - High expertise in IT management systems, policies, procedures  Note:  If the role is CTO, then the person is also responsible for Product management. Under product management, the roles includes:  - Course(s) identification - to identify hot courses, the scope of these courses, the various courses under the stream etc.  - Identify and tie-up with SMEs to design the course content  - Scope and content validation of the courses
