Position: COO

Job Description:

- Selection of the SME - Interview the shortlisted SME before we sign up with him/her

- Finalize the scope of the course with the SME - the learning objectives, the theory, the assignments, the labs, the project and the assessment

- Finalize the infra requirement for the course - the cloud and on-premise requirements to deliver the course, the data sets for the lab work and assignments etc.

- Review the progress of the course development to ensure its on track from the timeline and content perspectives.

- UAT of the course content - to certify whether the course is ready to be delivered. This will include review of the slides, the instructor notes, all the labs, assignments, project and assessment.

Desired Profile:

- Solutions oriented professional with well-honed skill in collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients.

- Capable of effectively managing the business cycle process from client consultation to closing including identifying requirements, resource deployment, developing, and providing tactical solutions.

- Proficient problem-solver, who envisions business and technical perspectives to develop workable solutions and creates project deliverables as per schedule.

- Excellent project management and people management skills. Have successfully managed large teams and multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proven ability in building medium to large teams from scratch and identify technology areas.

- Post Graduation from IIT / IIM preferred

- Candidates from L&D, BPO (process/Delivery Manager),ELearning background are preferred

Good to have :

- Experience in Handling various e-learning toolsets and technologies with expertise in Accessibility and SCORM standards.
