We address the problem of scheduling by empowering each human supervisor or - super secretary- to handle hundreds of clients, with the help of Natural language processing and Machine learning. Scope :

- This position is responsible for coaching and supporting team supervisors in an Operations environment. This position is also responsible for ensuring client service levels are met on a consistent basis. It demands a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment. You will also work regularly with the product team in designing new features.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of supervisors; providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling and coordinating, planning, and assigning work for staff in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.

- Analyze performance results and implement department improvements.

- Plan for upcoming organizational needs and implement strategies in a proactive manner.

- Ensure department operates efficiently according to client and company measures.

- Maintain understanding of client specific training.

- Resolve escalated customer complaints.

- Work with support departments to ensure staffing strategies are effectively executed.

- Support the data collection for all processes

- Development, maintenance and testing of the project's business continuity plan.

Skill Set Required :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team of greater than 20 members.

- Experience with International Business Clients is a must

- Excellent customer service / support skills, ability to work well under pressure, professional demeanor and strong written communication skills.

- Extremely detail oriented and self starter

- Meticulous Task and Resource Management Skills

- Strong computer and internet research skills.

- Experience in handling a technical process is preferable, however not mandatory.

- Strong ability to coach, develop action plans, which maximize performance, and provide effective feedback.

- Proven ability to analyze and improve work processes and policies.

- Experience in managing calendars and making travel, meeting and event arrangements is preferred.

- Proactive reporting

- You are an initiative taker who is able to anticipate problems before they arise. You are a natural organizer of things and of people
