One of our client in E Commerce (MNC) is having the following opening for which we are inviting applications. Please find the details requirements.   Position: Site Lead -Operations - Fulfillment Center (Inbound and Outbound).  Location: Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and some other locations also.   Fulfillment Center Description-  it will include warehouse, packaging and dispatch facilities  Scope & Functions:  This person will be responsible for P&L including overall Operations and drive Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma initiatives of that fulfillment Center.  Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives of the Fulfillment Center (Inbound and Outbound). Additional responsibilities include managing and leading a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure performance objectives are met, building positive employee relations and building leadership bench strength within the Fulfillment Center. Senior Operations Managers report directly to the General Manager.  Qualifications/Experience Required:  - 8+ 19 years direct management experience in Shop Floor Operations in Manufacturing Industry (FMCG, Auto, Paint, Chemical & Manufacturing MNCs) with Lean and Six Sigma Implementation Experience.   - Candidate should have Experience in Handling Plant Operations including P&L Responsibilities with Large Manufacturing Operations Team.   - Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.   - Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands, including overnight, weekends and holidays.   - Experience with the full staffing life cycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations. Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons. Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgement in stressful situations.
