Job Description - Job description:

- Reporting to the APAC HR Lead, in this role, you will be instrumental in:

- Leading and developing a strategic HR road map for a rapidly expanding business and site operations in collaboration with global stakeholders

- Aligning Organizational Design, performance management, retention and compensation and other HR workforce strategies

- Driving values, vision and cultural transformation through strengthened leadership and employee communication

- Overseeing Industrial Relations and HR Operations for the unit

- Proactively work to address employee relations issues through strategic management interaction.

- Designing and conceptualising key initiatives and HR policies to build and nurture a knowledge organization

- Effectively manage contract labour issues

The Successful Candidate - You would hold 7+ years of experience experience in HR, Organization Design & Restructuring, HR Strategy,Industrial Relations and Policies in an MNC environment. You would have demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills and senior stakeholder management skills are a must along with a high level of business acumen.You would be result oriented and have the ability to take on risks.
