Description : An exciting opportunity to lead the engineering function for a manufacturing site of a leading pharmaceutical MNC.

Client Details :

- Our client is the world leader in the pharmaceutical space with presence across the globe. They have multiple manufacturing sites in India, and are looking to hire a site Engineering Head for one of them.

Job Description :

- The incumbent is accountable for effectively establishing and managing engineering Function at the Site, including the upkeep of Assets and facilities of the plant, through including the development & implementation of Capital Projects, Maintenance strategy, Technology up- gradations, Equipment Efficiency improvements, adherence to compliances & building people capability in order to achieve site KPI's.

Profile :

Overall 15+ years of experience out of which at least 10 should be in the pharmaceutical industry. You would have a strong exposure to manage the engineering function at manufacturing sites and leading large teams. Knowledge of Regulatory, cGMP and EHS regulations is a must.
