- Driving operational efficiency for all processes and managing all the clients in service delivery.
- Experience of managing direct customers across India, US, APAC regions
- Working exposure in US business hours & rotational schedules
- Excellent salesforce exposure & MSA management.
- Evaluate opportunity & implement process automation.
- Manage smooth process migrations with transitions team
- Ensure robust capacity planning, ability to scale up
- Drive Knowledge Management across verticals.
- P&L responsibility.
- Higher price realizations.
- Business growth & productivity enhancements.
- Claims discussions.
- Drive Customer satisfaction index.
- Experience in presales or account management role involving customer interactions.
- Involve in bid management/proposal development.
- Own and take part in activities related to proposals, creating value propositions and solution approach.
- Coordinate solution concept with architects and project stream, help with effort and price estimates.
- Think of innovative ways to come up with differentiators in solution approach.
- Demonstrate ability to think-out-of-box in order to create alternative approaches that can be of value to customers.
- Examining the environment in which the Education World operates to ensure that the identified requirements are justified.
- Analyzing the Clients business to identify problems and/or opportunities and to define solution characteristics.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Over 6 years of work experience.
- Strong operations experience in Corporate Sales and business development.
- People management, Client management, ability to motivate and guide a team keeping healthy relationship with peers & subordinates.
- Focus towards strategic initiatives & process enhancement across various verticals.
- Keen communicator with penchant for business development, due diligence and consulting.
- Strong Result Orientation to complete scheduled projects on agreed timelines.
- Knowledge of education industry areas would be added advantage.
- Should be able to understand and drive solution for complex issues.
- Motivate and drive team in adverse situations.
- Should be able to comprehend and analyze large set of data, identify issues and create solutions.
- Create a culture of establishing robust controls, automate manual processes, generate efficiencies and reduce risk.
