Simplilearn - HR Operations Role (4-8 yrs)
Job Description :
- Accountable for the complete life cycle of an employee, from entry to exit.
- Initiating and closing the annual appraisal in PMS process, employee benefit.
- Develop and maintain the induction program for all the new Hires.
- Handle all the transactional activities in HR operations, implement the HRMS, MIS reports.
- Participate and represent in the Internal HR Audits.
- Preparing all types of MIS reports and sharing the same with Management.
- Conducting employee background verification for all levels.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute, with 4-6 years in managing the HR operations
- Excellent communication skills - Both verbal and written.
- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient.
Salary offered: 7 - 14 LPA
