Key Responsibility Areas:

- Managing all post-sale delivery operations across 3 Sales BUs (US, India and Overseas).

- Ensuring uniformity, consistency and standardization in conducting over 500 workshops (both classroom and live virtual) every month across the 3 BUs in dozens of different courses.

- Creating a pipeline of highly qualified reputed and certified Trainers for over 100 different courses across the 3 BUs and manage all aspects of trainer relationship management.

- Managing all Vendor relationships including Hotels, Conference Halls, Printers, Logistics Partners etc. to ensure hassle free workshop learning experience for customers.

- Interact effectively with Sales, Marketing and Category teams to plan and schedule the future workshop dates for different geographies, courses and training types.

- Coordinate effectively with Finance and Sales teams for reconciliation of all payables and receivables, if any.

- Create an effective learning environment and experience for the participant; Value participant feedback and communicate changes and initiatives that result in continuous improvement.

- Focus on increasing profitability by reducing costs involved in engaging the services of the trainers, venue costs and other logistics costs.

- Design and Implement Key Performance Indicators for the team members and drive performance of team members at all levels.

- Creating “WOW” customer experience by consistent and quality training experience.

Key Skill Sets:

- Ability to conceptualize, design and implement standard operating procedures.

- Excellent People Management Capabilities: Need to manage medium sized teams working for 3 different BUs operating in different time zones and shifts.

- Strong Vendor Negotiation Skills and Relationship Management capabilities.

- Strong Planning and scheduling capabilities in a fast paced dynamic multiple stakeholder environment.

- Deep Metrics Orientation and ability to communicate and implement metrics in different aspects of the work to measure and monitor performance.

Preferred Experience and Background:

- 10-12 Years of experience in handling medium to large teams in an Operations/General Management set up.

- MBA in Operations/General Management is preferred.

- Experience in scaling up medium/large delivery and operations teams in a startup environment would be valued.
