If you have these qualities then get in touch with us   Responsibilities :   - Create and establish a strategy and delivery plan to align the organizations culture   - Breakdown barriers that interfere with the company's productivity and ability to meet committed goals.   - Work with key stakeholders to improve organizational efficiency   - Do gap analysis and manage training initiatives across groups   - Manage the HR Generalists group and drive excellence in HR operations  - Talent Acquisition   Qualifications :   - Post graduate from IIM or XLRI (full time) only  - Experience managing and leading teams in a fast paced and entrepreneurial company   - Positive action bias required   - 10-12 years in HR leadership role  - Strong process orientation with ability to identify gaps, define process and track impact   - Proven ability to influence global (remote) teams  - Experience working in a startup of minimum 300 people
