Title :Associate Director - Culture & Talent ( Talent Acquisition Team)

Job Location: Bangalore

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and dynamic HR professional to assist Simplilearn in building a high-performance culture and define the way we manage talent to meet the company's growth objectives.

Description:

- Take complete ownership of Culture - Assess the culture at Simplilearn, objectively define the culture the leadership team is interested in building, create a strategy to build the desired culture and drive initiatives around this. In short - be the Culture Champion at Simplilearn

- Create a culture fit assessment tool/process to be used while recruiting. Work with recruiting to implement the same.

- Identify long term talent needs at Simplilearn, assess the existing talent and drive initiatives to bridge the gap - Recruiting, Learning & Career Development.

- Identify key roles at Simplilearn and implement a succession plan for all the identified key roles

- Improve employee engagement by designing and implementing focused engagement initiatives and tools to measure engagement objectively

- Manage the HR business partnering function and ensure that HR related business needs of stakeholders and employees are fully met. Deliver high levels of employee & stakeholder satisfaction

- Work on other strategic HR projects based on business needs.

Profile Required:

- Master's degree in HR from a premier institute.

- 6-9 years of strategic HR experience (preferably in a global HR/Strategy consulting firm) with 1-2 years of HR business partnering experience.

Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills. Strong personality with an ability to influence colleagues and get things done.

Inherent desire to work on high impacts long term projects such as culture building and talent management

Ability to manage a small team of HR business partners
