Simplilearn - Associate Business Director (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ownership of Top Line and Bottom Line of a category of business.
- Develop the core positioning and messaging for the category.
- Driving growth strategy for the business and execution to deliver growth. Define product, pricing, promotion strategy for the business category, as well as any other growth initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive industry trend analysis, including market, competitive and pricing trends.
- Develop sales enablement tools and train sales team to win in the category.
- Recruit, train, manage and drive the sales team to deliver on the growth goals for the category of business.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Overall 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years of experience in business/revenue management positions.
- Relevant work experience includes stints in category management, business development as well as sales.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience with a proven history of growing revenue is a plus.
- Experience in internet, FMCG, Telecom, education companies preferred.
- Must be highly self-motivated, proactive and self-sufficient.
- High energy levels and passion to drive business growth.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence, motivate teams
