Also, selected as one of the Asia's Top 100 emerging Companies – 2013 by Red Herring.  The company is well funded via experienced and professional investor firm.  Job Description:  Simpli5d Technologies is looking for an Internet Technology Guru who has proven skills in building highly scalable web applications and possesses deep expertise in "all things web".   - A technology agnostic person with excellent R&D skills who relishes to face challenges and come up with the best possible solutions in the shortest possible time.   - Capability to take on the responsibility for the entire gamut of products (from product management to development to handling the traffic) and to efficiently lead and manage the tech team.   Key Responsibilities:  - Manage multiple platforms with a common backend to handle billions of ad impressions per month  - Continuous evolution of the architecture and the product features by deciding on the right technologies for the various components within the system  - Hands on coding experience and would be required to actually do the coding   - Integration kits\SDK’s for all kinds of platforms - web (Java, .net, ruby on rails, CMS platforms - drupal, joomla etc.) and mobile (all platforms), for smooth product integration with various other platforms  - Excellent understanding and experience in managing Servers - Setup and Scale Servers based on traffic increase to handle peak traffic loads using diverse components such as NGinx, Mysql Galera Xtra-DB Cluster, HAproxy, DNS Failover and Load Balancing, Couchbase Cluster as well as Amazon EC2 \Rackpsace cloud servers and Load Balancers  - Prototyping new ideas and rapidly bringing them to market  - Lead and manage the Tech team by taking on complete responsibility   Desired Skills & Experience:  - 5-8 years of work experience in building and managing high traffic web applications  - Hard-core programming skills in web based languages, preferably in PHP, but any language will do as long as you really know it like the back of your hand  - Willingness to get down and dirty with diverse technologies such as Code igniter\PHP, MySQL , Big data , JavaScript\JSON\JSONP\JQuery, as well as AS3 and HTML5  - A passion for keeping abreast of the latest developments in server technology. Ideally, you've managed linux servers and are familiar with configuring EC2 in an auto scaling multiple redundancy setup. A dreamer who always dreams about HA and Scalability  - Real-world experience building applications with a "NoSQL" database such as MongoDB\Couchbase\Redis  - Experience in managing\architecting MySQL clustering\HA technologies would be very useful  - Clear evidence of an ability to lead teams and ship products  - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  - True love for technology and anything related to it
