SilverPush has offices in Gurgaon and San Francisco.  Responsibilities:   - Work closely with the founders in building the right team  - Manage full cycle recruiting process for our Engineering and product organization  - Source candidates from relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals and passive candidates through networking and research   - Build strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement.   - Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company  - Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome.   Required Experience:   - 1+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a relevant industry (start-up, technology or digital)   - A high level of comfort cold calling and head hunting   - The ability to manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously   - Strong consultative and interpersonal skills   - Very strong professional network, specifically in Technology space is a huge plus!!
