Our innovative technology also can re-target people from TV to their mobile in the real time.   Job Description  Primary Responsibilities  - Work closely with publishers for the delivery of Performance Marketing campaigns  - Monitor publisher activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase publisher-generated revenues.  - Recruit new publishers and partners.  - Oversee the distribution and implementation of marketing tools and sales creative to publishers.  - Work closely with Delivery Head to build and expand the programs and campaigns.  Ensure timely closure of billing and publisher payments on schedule  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Preferably MBA with minimum of 1 years of work experience into digital marketing space.  - Must possess good communication skills in English and Hindi.  - Must possess strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry,   - Must be fluent and experienced in the process of prospecting, contacting, and recruiting partners.
