- Silvan Innovation Labs is a Bangalore based startup that designs, develops and supports Smart Solutions for Global clients. They kick- started their operations in Bangalore in 2008 with a simple yet effective solution - Internet Protocol (IP) cameras with built-in intelligence to detect events automatically.

- Later, Silvan expanded its scope by entering into the sphere of home automation based on contemporary technologies such as cloud services and the Internet of Things. Silvan's solutions for home automation has been welcomed by several big players in the field of housing - Sobha, Brigade, Nambiar Builders, Total Environment, Tata Housing, and Lodha to name a few.

Requirements :

- Should have min. 1-2 years of channel sales experience in Security surveillance or IT-Hardware / Software, Channel management skills, Good communication & interpersonal skills, Retail Market Expertise.

- Marketing and Selling of Home automation and Security Solutions.

- Working with customers on understanding requirements

- Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained, profitable growth

- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Relationships

- Product Promotions

- Handling all dealer & Key Accounts enquiries and ensuring submission of proposals

- Key account management.

- Engaging and expanding Channels in assigned geographies

- Managing channel partners and relationship.

- Updating MIS on an ongoing basis

- Develop Channel Strategy to deliver results by building efficient Partners

- Generating various reports and analyzing for the business development.

- Good team player going well with internal technical and installation team.

- Willing to travel outstation.

- Knowledge of CRM is nice to have.

Qualification :

- BE in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engg. and MBA in marketing.

- 2-5 years of experience.

- Experience in selling automation, security and networking products.

- Good network with builders, architects, security consultants, electrical consultants, project management consultants, etc.

- Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.

- Good knowledge of Windows, Excel, Power Point, Autocad.

Domain Experience Required : Electronic security/CCTV/Fire alarm system
