Role : Credit Analyst - Corporate Loan Underwriting

About the Company :

The Team of Analysts and Deal Managers in Mumbai are responsible for credit underwriting and portfolio management activities for deals originated in Siemens Financial Services, Inc's IHF - CLE (Industry & Healthcare Finance Corporate Lending) Business Vertical.

- This business vertical of SFS, Inc. among other things focuses on lending to private equity or corporate backed finance deals across sectors and industries, with special focus on providing innovative financing solutions for the Healthcare sector across the globe.

Mission :

- The candidate will be primarily responsible for the timely and accurate financial performance evaluation of the portfolio, as well as supporting Deal Managers in underwriting activities.

Job Role : Analyst

Key Responsibilities :

- Own a portfolio suite of existing companies, regularly analyzing the portfolio performance

- Undertake detailed portfolio analysis (individual company level) to assess current financial results against budget and forecast

- Identify potential issues within the portfolio and liaise with the Deal Managers accordingly

- Support Deal Managers in the underwriting activities of the portfolio

Desired Background :

- MBA Finance/Engineers/CAs with 2 - 4 years of credit experience within Investment Banks or Credit Rating agencies. Successful candidate should have a detailed understanding of corporate financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet) and the ability to analyze financial results. Intercultural sensitivity and excellent communication skills are a must since the candidate will be part of a global team.

Work Hours : 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
