Job Description :  - Assisting in the annual planning and budgeting process (closely work with BUs to prepare the plan) and help monitor the performance   - Involved in the strategic planning and other business planning processes in close tandem with leadership and external investors.  - Assist in evaluating new initiatives / experiments / projects being undertaken from financial feasibility perspective  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to multitask  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills   Work Experience Requirements :  - Graduates from IITs and NITs would be preferred  - 1-3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or data analytics role  - Hands on experience on tools like MySQL, excel, python/ R   - Knowledge of statistical analysis will be an added advantage.  - Good at understanding business levers and preparing financial models.   - Candidates from Business Consulting background would be preferred.  - E-commerce/ Start up experience preferred not mandatory  Behavioral Skills:  - Self-Motivated and Organized, should be a team player  - Committed and Detail Oriented  - Punctual and self-disciplined  - Strong understanding of product and processes  - High on ownership  Salary offered: 7 - 11 LPA
