Designation : Entrepreneur in Residence
Role:
- Part of the core team influencing the direction of the company, groomed to be future entrepreneurs.
- Launch new routes and cities
- Build and manage high performing teams
- Own and execute special projects and work on key cross functional initiatives.
- Later on, head cities/ zones with complete P&L responsibility
Requirements :
- Graduates from top IITs with 1-4 years of experience who can be groomed quickly
- Like to get their hands dirty
- Driven and full of energy
- Poor power point skills
- Non MBAs
Good to have :
- Typical candidates would be action-oriented guys who have at least some of the following check boxes ticked:
- Failed entrepreneur
- Start-up experience
- Achievements in sports/ co-curricular
- Office bearers (Gen Secy, House Secy etc.)
- Poor MS Power Point skills
Compensation - Market salary plus ESOPs
Reporting : You run the show
