JD for Executive Assistant to MD

- Understand & Analyse the Life Insurance Business

- Should have experience in market research

- Well versed in presentation skills

- Competitive bench marking

- Providing assistance as required helping maximize his contribution to the company.

- Provide confidential support and display good judgment and discretion

- Produce, proofread, and edit complex correspondence and presentations and participate in special projects as requested.

- Compile and analyze information for inclusion into reports and prepare comprehensive presentations with multi-directives from manager, the team, and other departments.

- As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways.

- To support in preparation of all documentation required for key decision making as required and to compile correspondence and reports

- Knowledge of comparative analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Good communication skills

- Should be a preferably be an MBA with at-least 4 to 6 years of work exp.

- Should have a fair knowledge of Life Insurance or worked in Life Insurance Companies.

- Should be a self-starter and go getter

- Able to communicate & collaborate with senior executives in the Co. & Group Companies.

- Should be able to handle things with high confidentiality

- The incumbent should be good in preparing a presentation, poses good analytical skills, doing competitive benchmarking analysis, Consolidating reports, go-getter, able to coordinate & make things happen etc.
