Associate-Content Management  Location : Mumbai  Shopsense is a two-year-old VC-funded startup in the retail technology space working with renowned fashion and lifestyle brands such as Nike, Nautica, Decathlon, Satya Paul and Levi's to name a few. The company was founded by 3 IIT-Bombay graduates and has grown to a 30-member strong team.  Shopsense is launching a new B2C mobile shopping product and looking to hire young enthusiastic talent for an exciting journey ahead. The product launch is scheduled for August 2015 and, therefore, you will be involved in building the product from scratch and the opportunities to grow and learn will be infinite.   The content team plays a pivotal role in the improvement of catalog experience across Shopsense Platforms.As part of your role, you will interact with brands and be instrumental in terms of content acquisition and augmentation.  Job Responsibilities:   - Coordinating and managing resources to provide thorough and authoritative detail page content.   - Broadly managing the quality of our catalogue and the resulting customer experience; managing related projects such as improving product data quality, attribute and image collection, browse cleanups, photo studio usage, etc.   - Coordinate on a regular basis with brands to procure raw content and allocate them to service providers.  -Manage studio activities, convey expectations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.  -Help team lead in the development and launch of new categories and brands.  - Responsible for taking initiatives in terms of weekly fun team activities to enhance the power and feeling of satisfaction of individuals working on the team   Desired Profile :   - Bachelor degree (preferably Computer Science or Business) and 1-2 years of relevant work experience   - Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications   - Excellent communication skills in written and oral English & Hindi with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner.   - Interest in e-Commerce/Online business.   - Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellence   - Expert understanding of Pre-Sales roles, responsibilities and challenges   - Ability to manage conflicting priorities at work- capability to work on several projects in parallel   - Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great customer experience is required   - Should show high ownership and institute process improvements wherever needed   - Should be able to operate fairly independently and displays autonomy and discretion at work
