Job Description  Designation: Shopping Insights Manager   Role  Build understanding of shopping, and make Transformational Action by converting the knowledge to growth opportunities to gain more than fair share of growth.   The vision is to build shopping Insights that are the envy of the competition, the inspiration of the internal partners of Marketing and are opportunities of growth in partnership with the customers.  The scope of the role is for a specific geographic region being responsible for the Shopping custom research across the region.  - Shopping Insights team will business partner customer development to shape & deliver the Channel, & Cluster business plans.  - It will lead ad hoc research on understanding shopping behavior  - Lead, develop & execute the research plan and the projects within it for each country   - Help the organization to understand how people shop, and demonstrate the difference in how they shop to how they think that they shop, and how to make a difference in-store (physical and on-line stores).  - Support shaping and landing strategies with Key Customers & Channel owners.  - Contribute to Trade story building for different categories  - Advise on POS activation, promotion plans & POS materials briefs and executions.  - Raise the voice of shopper to impact the business in areas of activation.  - Roll out global methodologies & learnings to the region   - Make insights travel! Share best practices and learnings applicable to countries in the region from across the region and the world  - Track & share Shopper & Channel trends across the region.  - Manage the Regional / Cluster Shopping Insight budget effectively within its limits
