- Responsible to deliver growth, market shares and profitability for a given set of categories for eCommerce business
- Identifying Brand jobs to be done by eCommerce platforms and making a roadmap to achieving them
- Lead creation of Category Marketing Plans for eCommerce
- Be the key point of contact between eCommerce team and category for his/her set of categories
- Create digital activation and new launch plans with categories and ensure a great execution through Account Management team
- Drive Perfect Store Online for categories he/she is responsible for
- Agree on activities for eCommerce and quarterly TTS budgets with categories
- Close plans with Account management team and customers and ensure delivery of business within the stipulated TTS
- Evaluate ROI for different activities across different platforms and create a learning within eCom team on what works and what doesn't for each of the category-platform combination
Qualification : MBA from Tier I Institutes Only (IIM's, IIFT, FMS, SIBM, NMIMS, JBIMS, SPJain, MICA, XIM, TAPMI only)
