This is very senior level management role. Looking for senior HR Head who will be responsible for creating the whole HR department from scratch quickly along with below expectations:

HR Strategies at Corporate & Operational level

- Acquisition & Retention of Talent, Campus Recruitments, Mass Hiring Strategies

- Formulation & Implementation of HR Policies, SOPs & Guidelines

- Designing PMS Strategy, Administration of online PMS & 360- Feedback

- Implementation of Balanced Scorecards

HR Operations:

- Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Manpower Productivity Improvement Surveys

- HR Budget Planning, Cost Innovation

- Management of Employee Engagement

Employee Relations Management:

- IR Strategies to maintain harmonious Industrial Relations

- Statutory Compliances, Labor Court/ Conciliation, Enquiries, smooth VRS

- Managing Internal & External environment, Negotiations with the Union.

Evaluating training and development programs:

- Promoting the course to employees of targeted group, sending communications

Designing HR Policies:

- Working closely with Higher Management for designing HR Policies

- Implementing HR/ Company Policies

- Modifying and updating them on regular basis based on business needs and environment

- Making employees aware on changed policies

Leading the integration of activities and services across Human Resources to ensure that staff are effectively deployed, motivated and retained to deliver excellent service.

Taking care of annual operational planning, manpower planning, budgeting, talent acquisition, induction, metric driven goal setting, competency based learning & development, performance review & management, comp & benefits and employee engagement.

Customized and structured training processes

- Psychometric testing and behavioral event interviews

- Competency mapping and assessment

- Competitor bench-marking process for HR systems

- Management by objectives, balanced scorecard

- Campus recruitment from top B-schools/Engineering colleges.

- Defining and Attracting the - Right- Talent.

- Defining the Organizational Culture.

- Creating Clear Channels of Communication.

- Policy development advice to the executive and senior managers on long term related human resource policy and innovative human resources strategy.

- Staff employment and salary services including appointments, promotions, payment of salaries, leave, superannuation and conditions of service.

- Workplace development advice on future practices to assist staff to achieve excellence, including management of change, performance, leadership and management development, staff development and training, job classification and remuneration.

- Information and workforce planning services to provide information and advice to assist managers to forecast and take action in anticipation of future workforce trends, and provide HR systems and infrastructure support.

- Career and workforce development advice on future practices including career development and talent management strategies, development programs, mentoring support, and staff diversity and inclusion strategies.

- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.

Package/TA/Benefits:

1. Annual package range : 12 lac- 15 lac
