ShopClues is looking for a Social Media Community Manager who understands the owned and earned space across Social Media Platforms. We are looking for a creative mind who can come up with winning strategies to achieve set objectives. The Community Manager should in his repertoire possess all social media platforms management skills, along with the personality to be affable both internally and externally. He/She should be able to understand and champion brand causes and be able to use all opportunities to amaze the customers/stakeholders.   Responsibilities:   - Participate, ideate and help develop and execute communications strategy across social media platforms. This will include daily content, community management, blogger outreach and execution of programmes run by them, influencer marketing. Platforms being used will include but won- t be limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Slideshare and Instagram.  - Highly knowledgeable and experienced in branding techniques and properties available on digital and social media. For ex. FB Slideshow, Bumper ads on YT etc.   - Optimize the social media strategy on an ongoing basis, including researching and launching new social media channels as and when needed  - Measurement reporting of channel results to senior stakeholders to demonstrate social value. This measurement will include but won't be limited to SOV, sentiment analysis, comparative analysis and much more as and when needed.   - Run campaigns and promotions to encourage participation, build brand advocacy etc  - Foster key partnerships with influencers and brands  Requirements:   - Creative strategist with an open mind who can come up with new ideas to solve key problems.   - Very good writing skills  - Should have a decent experience in managing and working on CMSes, maintaining content-rich websites, running video marketing/brand building campaigns and doing brand building exercises on social channels  - Have run influencer marketing campaigns previously and understands the influencer and the blogger ecosystem in India  - Forward looking and future savvy when it comes to digital and social media. Be able to see beyond programmatic to make content personal for social.   - Collaborative but able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment  - BA/BS required (Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred)  Salary Range: 7 - 12 LPA
