The company is run by energetic team of over 800 + people and is funded by leading institutional investors, is an Indian subsidiary of Clues Network Inc., a US Corporation and is based out of Gurgaon.  - We are looking for an accomplished analyst, who is at ease with slicing and dicing of data, applying statistical methods, using tools like SQL, SAS, R, Excel and power-point for analyzing large amounts of data and communicating insights.  The overall responsibility will be to help drive core business results through delivery of strategic and tactical insights from data. This will include the following :  - Develop insightful analysis about business and their strategic and operational implications  - Conceptually design, execute and embed analysis that support strategic planning and decision-making with external & internal sources  - Develop story lines, collect data/input, Analyze and make complete presentations  - Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies in a structured way, suggesting areas of improvement and identifying opportunities / threats based on internal and external data sources, market trends and user behavior in an effort to strengthen efficiency and provide strategic direction  Education, Skills & Experience :  - Minimum 2-4 years of business analytics experience  Education : B.Tech from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS etc)  - Hands on experience of statistical techniques like Predictive Modelling, Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, hypothesis testing, exploratory analysis etc  - Expert in use of SQL, Excel and one or more of the statistical tools like R, SAS, VBA (Optional) for data manipulation and statistical analysis purposes  - Expert in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources  - Ecommerce experience would be a plus  - Excellent analytical skills - ability to understand and interpret data within the context of the business - solve problems and distil data into actionable recommendations  - Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams; independently and proactively  - Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the why of various results  - Desire to learn new technologies and grow analytical skill set  - Comfortable working in a fast and dynamic environment with tight deadlines  Salary offered: 5 - 7 LPA
