Eligibility criteria -   - Looking for Senior Analysts/Assistant Managers   - Experience 2-4 years  - Strong customer centric attitude & ability to coordinate with cross functional teams  - Ability to manage the team targets & generate process improvement ideas  - Extremely strong product/process knowledge & root cause identification  Responsibilities:  - Analysis of various marketing projects using statistical techniques in SAS & implementing actionable strategy for the same  - Build strategy for campaign optimization, revenue enhancement while improving business efficiency  - Ability to pull out actionable insights and provide relevant recommendation to concerned stakeholders  - Take care of any ad-hoc reporting requirements coming through  - Creation of reports and dashboards using Omniture report builder  - Automation/Optimization and scheduling of various daily/weekly and monthly reports (Preferable)  - Business stakeholder management, expectation setting and management using agreed metrics  Skills Required:  - Exposure to : Analytics, Predictive Modeling, decision trees, regression techniques, digital analytics, web analytics, model validation  - Knowledge of analytics tools like SAS, R etc  - High level of expertise in excel  - Prior knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Omniture) is preferable  - Ability to manage stakeholders  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize   - Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions
