MBA HR will be preferred.  What you will be responsible for:  HR Analytics   1. Create, maintain and ensure quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metric  2. Responsible for data analysis & report generation for Daily, weekly, monthly as per requirement.  3. Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis  4. Complete ownership of HR systems to ensure data is up to date at all times & all employee records are accurate ( Employees Database Management )   5. Manage all standard HR reports based on business partner's requirement. - Proficient in reporting. - Utilizing, Excel, SAS, Word and Power Point to extract and manipulate large amounts of data, perform analysis and create reports  6. Prepare predictive statistical analysis reports  7. Provides HRIS support and act as the custodian of the global HR dashboard/reporting for Analytics Senior Leadership  8. Central point for coordinating and reporting on reporting metrics for all areas of Analytics HR.  9. Provides support and improvement to the Analytics HR Reporting strategy  10. Works closely with the HR Operations team to perform audit reviews and mass upload changes as necessary.  11. Supports the processing and reporting of HR annual activity, as necessary   HR Operations  1. Maintain the Human Resource Information System.  2. Responsible for Exit formalities & Exit Interviews analysis  3. Handling & Coordinating Audits  4. Employee Life Cycle Management  5. Focus on automation of routine reports to eliminate wastage of time.  6. Create framework, processes and policies for all HR processes  7. Conducted a diagnostic and made recommendation to enhance existing processes and policies  8. Facilitate improvement of existing HR processes and establish a continuous improvement mechanism  Who are we looking for:   1. Minimum 3-5 years of HR Analytics & Operation or employee life cycle management experience   2. Hands on Experience on MS Office (Mainly Excel, SAS, any HRIS tool, Word & PowerPoint).  3. Sound knowledge of HR Policies & Practices  4. Strong communication skills - verbal and written  5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and operate independently   6. Creative bent of mind and excellent execution skills   7. Ability to multi task with high quality output   8. Someone who is high on creativity, enthusiasm and people connect   9.
