Manager Merchant Operations:   - Responsible for Merchant Complaint Resolution Department and Merchant Call Centre.  - Responsible for Process Orientation within these teams for smoother executions.  - Managing team for both the departments and working towards the scalability of functions.  - Experience in managing seller support operations and handling seller complaints and escalations  - Should have managed inbound call center operations and non-voice/email process  - Should have experience in handling CRM software, initiate tickets to implement changes  - Experience in managing complaint resolution, driving SLA Coordinate with various stake holder in the organization to improve process and provide customer resolution  - Analytical approach to initiate process correction and formulate new processes to enhance customer experience
