Position: Category Account Manager / Senior Category Account Manager  Location: Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.  ShopClues is looking for a highly enthusiastic professional to cater its esteemed Merchants and help in identifying new pool of merchants in various Categories on Pan India Basis.  - Relationship Management: Single point of contact for all merchants to achieve quality product and service norms by resolving their service related critical issues.  - Catalog Management: Help in managing the catalog for all categories and recommending new categories as per e-commerce Dynamics.  - Making an in-depth analysis of the technical expertise required to fulfill the requirement.  - Establish and maintain harmonious work relationships with Merchants.  - Responsible for new Merchant Acquisition and building pipeline.  - Coordinating with ShopClues merchants with marketing and sales promotion activities.  - Coordinating with developers, designers to post best of the product images and enhance the aesthetic of the website.  - Closely working with Business Development team to acquire new merchants and retain current merchants of ShopClues.  - To act as a brand manager and managing portfolios of various prestigious Brands.
