The company is run by energetic team of over ~1000 people and is funded by leading institutional investors, is an Indian subsidiary of Clues Network Inc., a US Corporation and is based out of Gurgaon.  With a focus on improving the experiences we deliver to our customers, both buyers and sellers, we are building out the Customer Experience team at Shopclues. For this team, we are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager, who bring a combination of analytics experience and program / project management expertise.   The person will :  - Guide data analysts to  - Analyse key metrics related to buyer and seller experience   - Conduct thorough root cause analysis by deep-diving into underlying data  - Conduct complex multi-dimensional analysis  - Find patterns in buyer and seller transaction details to identify why metrics are moving in the way they are  - Define actions and initiatives needed to address root causes  - Create business case (cost vs. benefit) for actions and initiatives  - Define scope of work and project plan for high priority initiatives  - Define initiative tracking dashboards  - Work with cross-functional teams to manage the execution of initiative  - De -bottleneck execution when needed, and escalate issues when needed  - Refine initiatives and scope of work  - Track impact of initiatives on key metrics related to buyer and seller experience  - Communicate insights to senior stakeholders in the form of compelling presentations  Education, Skills & Experience :  The person should have :   - Minimum 5 years of post-MBA experience with with a top notch consulting firm   - Exceptional candidates who started their careers with a consulting organisation but have moved into industry in strategy and transformation roles will also be considered  - Education: B.Tech and MBA from premier institutes  - Experience of managing consulting engagement  - Strong excel and power point skills  - Strong story telling skills  - Polished communicators  - Good at working with people and influencing subordinates, peers and superiors  - Attention to detail   - Able to work on multiple initiatives in same time period  - Project / Program management experience  - At least a basic understanding of e-commerce market and technology  - Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams; independently and proactively  - Intellectual and analytical curiosity - initiative to dig into the - why- and - so what- of various analysis  - Comfortable working in a fast and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
