Experience : 10 years Plus

Required experience/skill set :

- Knowledge of admission terminology and standardized testing practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, organizational and programming skills.

- Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate university programs and offerings to prospective students.

- Skilled at interacting and communicating with varying audiences in small and large settings.

- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability at planning and organizing multiple projects and tasks.

- Experience and existing network in recruiting from these countries: Bangladesh, China, UAE, Sri Lanka, Rwanda, USA)

Key Responsibilities :

- Planning and strategizing the outreach activities for recruiting international students at Shiv Nadar University

- Take part in creation of programs, fee structure, policies, etc. for international students

- Manage and run the entire admissions process for international students right from query from prospective students to on-boarding and orientation of selected students at SNU

- Work closely with various stakeholders in the University including the marketing team, faculty members, directors, etc. to ensure a seamless admissions procedure for international students

- Develop recruitment strategies within assigned territories to position Shiv Nadar University in the TG

- Represent the University in various forums - education fairs, industry meets, high schools, bilateral agencies, etc.
